Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) as our goods are freshly made and baked to order. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.

Orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW. Delivery time is determined by delivery location. The following is a guide to estimated shipment times across Australia by our shipping partner, Sendle. Once your order has been shipped, delivery can take 2–10 business days:

• Sydney / metro NSW: up to 2 business days
• Regional NSW: up to 3 business days
• Canberra: up to 3 business days
• Melbourne: up to 3 business days
• Regional VIC: up to 5 business days
• Adelaide: up to 5 business days
• Brisbane & Gold Coast: up to 5 business days
• Regional QLD, SA, TAS & NT: up to 10 business days
